Changes and refunds are made within 14 days from the day you receive your parcel.
You can make a change with products of equal or greater value.
In case of change send us the parcel and the shipping costs are charged to us, while to receive the new parcel the shipping costs are 3.50 €.
For each subsequent change the shipping costs are € 3.50. Every return is made exclusively through ELTA
If you make your return with any other courier company it is at your own risk and expense. In case the company makes a mistake in sending the product or receiving a defective product, the shipping costs are borne entirely by our company. For reasons of hygiene, no changes are made to jewelry. In case of refund, the shipping costs to send us the parcel are yours.
For the refund process, note on the change form that you wish a refund to one of the cooperating banks and indicate to us the bank, the name of the beneficiary and the account number (IBAN) to which you want the deposit to be made. The refund is made within the next 4 working days from the date of receipt of the returned product. In case of deposit in a different bank, the bank charges are borne by the customer (beneficiary of the bank account) and not the depositor. After the use of the products the company bears no responsibility for any losses or damages and is not obliged to replace these products.
You can cancel your order within 3 hours of completion.
Prerequisite is that the product is in its original packaging and in the same excellent condition in which you received it along with the retail sales receipt and including the special markings of the product (cards).
The item you return must be accompanied by the completed “return form” that you will find here within the exclusive period of 14 days.
